This quaint event space will accommodate up to 60 people and is a blank canvas.

There is one large, main room with endless possibilities and a mini-kitchen! Folding tables and chairs are available to arrange to your liking. A stunning, back patio lounge area with comfortable seating for 13 and a front patio with a swing provide outdoor spaces. A private office and bathroom complete the main space and a wall-mounted TV provides functionality for presentations or video. A coffee bar with optional coffee and/or bakery service as well as additional AV options are available upon request.

Pricing:

Weekday, full day (8am-6pm) - $500

Weekday, half day (8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm) - $300

Mon-Thu evening, (6pm-9pm) - $300

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, & federal holidays: 5 hour event - $600

Wedding Package (full day rental, 8am-11pm) - also includes side yard green space, additional parking and fire pit area. Max 60 guests. $2000

$100 for each additional hour beyond base package. The time window is from start of setup to take down completed. Please factor in the time needed for setup and decorating and the time needed for take down in your reservation time.

Included in base price: Full venue including large main space, private office, private restroom, back and front outdoor patio areas. 60 attendees and parking for 15 cars is available on site, with additional public parking a short walk away. Folding tables and chairs available and will be available for the renter to set up as desired. Wall-mounted tv for presentations or video is included.

Renter clean-up responsibility: Standard cleaning is included in the rental price! The venue will be clean when you arrive at the start of your reservation. Renter responsibility is to leave the space as you found it with the exception of needing basic cleaning. Heavy duty garbage bags are provided, all waste must be taken by the renter for disposal after event.

Not included: Yard/green space to the side of the venue (except wedding package), fire pit area (except wedding package), trampoline, private parking spaces to the front and far side of nearby house.

Add ons:

Barista and gourmet espresso drinks - $10/hr + fee per drink (paid for by rented or attendees, according to renter’s request). Barista does not need to be added on for entire rental, can just be 1 hour or as many hours as desired.

Linen service - $10/table, $3/chair

Wait service for catered meals and/or continual clean-up during event - $20/hr

Large screen and projector for presentations - $50 flat fee

Freshly baked cookies, bars, or muffins - inquire for pricing
